Davis Waco Knives are 100% handmade. All grinding is done with blade in maker's hands. No milling machines or precision machinery is used. No blueprints or exact measurements. Davis Knife handles are hand shaped using files and sandpaper. All Davis Knives are one-of-a-kind. While some knives might be similar, no two Davis Knives are alike.
Davis Knives feature quality materials such as Micarta, Snakewood, Ironwood, Mammoth Ivory, Walrus Ivory, and other exotic woods for handles.
Davis blades are 440C Stainless Steel and heat-treated to a Rockwell "C" 57-59.
Davis Waco Knives come with custom made leather sheaths for our knives.
